License Error
Altair EmployeeI'm just trying to install HyperWorks 2017.2 student edition, I have followed all the instruction content in the mail I received from Altair University but when i try to run the program, this is the error I read.

Can you check whether the Ethernet ID of your machine matches with the Ethernet ID used for license?
If both Ethernet IDs are same, Use windows folder options > unhide known extensions, to make sure the file is named altair_lic.dat and not altair_lic.dat.dat,
