Cylindrical simmetry
Hi,
I have a disk of a turbine which I trimmed in CAD software to create a circular sector to import in Hypermesh.
I would like to impose a cylindrical simmetry constrain, i.e. I would like to make understand the software that the component I have is a part of a component which has a cylindrical development.
Is there a tool to do it? If yes in which panel can I find it?

Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunatelly the loads acting on the surface of the blade are not symmetric.
However what is the procedure to create a cylindrical system and impose the cylindrical constraints in Hypermesh.

Are the loads acting on the part are symmetric? If it is so, you can create a separate cylindrical system for the part and impose cylindrical constraints.
