multisscale mesh

Hey,

I'm new with HyperMesh.

I need to mesh a cylinder which consists two solids (picture).

It's a 3D-Modell

The first cylinder is surrounded by a thin layer. The layer thickness is about 0.005 mm.

Therefore i have to create a very fine mesh in this layer.

Is it possible to mesh the inner cylinder at the interfaces to the thin layer with the same small element size and the rest of the body towards the middle with a coarser mesh.
