Hello,

I have a question about if ther is a way to consider coil losses in trannsformer and inductance applications due to harmonics that can suffer the transformer or the inductance. I have find the option to calculte Joule effect losses but that losses dont depend in harmonics or frequency. Do you suggest any solution to calculate accurate losses due to harmonics?

Thank you,

    Hello Inigo;

    As answered by my colleague Abdessamed, you can use dedicated region in AC steady states, the sames region will be available soon for 2D Magnetic transient.

    In AC steady state, this is mono frequency, in MT you can use what you want as supply.

    There is an other way, to consider all the wires as solid conductor region linked to solid conductor component from the circuit, but this is time comsuming espicially in 3D
