Problem in FluxPEEC

Hello,

At first I am going to explain what I did and then I will ask about my issue, so I imported a step file then I removed all the holes and I did the chamfer needed.
After that I need to create a unidirectionnal conducteur but it's giving me an error message you can find the volume shape, the error message and the step I did to create this volume attached.
So what can I  do to solve this problem ?( I need to have this shape of the volume so if there any method without changing it's shape it would be a plus).
