Problem in FluxPEEC

Hello,

At first I am going to explain what I did and then I will ask about my issue, so I imported a step file then I removed all the holes and I did the chamfer needed.
After that I need to create a unidirectionnal conducteur but it's giving me an error message you can find the volume shape, the error message and the step I did to create this volume attached.
So what can I  do to solve this problem ?( I need to have this shape of the volume so if there any method without changing it's shape it would be a plus).

Thank you

    Hi Hadi,

as we discussed live, the unidirectional conductor can be defined on a clean extruded volume with an input and output face. For the corners, you can choose to cut in diagonal the conductor and PEEC will join the mesh of the two straight sections nicely. Otherwise you can cut along one of the flat faces and then define the two conductors separately. The current might jump from one output face to the next input face but the cut is easier to do.

In both case, we make a simplification of the corner. If the unidirectionals are quite wide, maybe a bidirectional would be better suited to respect the shape of the current.

    Best regards
