Hi!

I am using Altair Activate software.

Is there any power electronics switching devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs) available in the libraries?

Also, how the power electronic DCAC converter works, could anyone help me out with that.

Thanks

    Hi Sangeet,

There are different options to model power electronics. You can use elements from Spice library or Modelica/Electrical inside Activate, or you can use Altair PSIM which is a simulation software specifically designed for power electronics and motor drives. With the PSIM co-simulation block, PSIM models can be used in Activate.
