Non-mappable solid problem.
Hi, I am trying to use the solid map feature to create a 3d mesh but there is an error that keeps showing up 'non-mappable(1):along-faces form 0 loops. need 1'. I have tried the HEX meshing but it still can't perform the mesh. I have googled but have not found answers to my issue. I don't know what else to do appreciate any help. I attached the hm. file.
Thank you.

Hello,
It looks like your model is symmetric, yes?I had better luck splitting up.
You might also have some luck checking out some videos on our Altair How To channel on Youtube.
For others as well, I want to make sure this gets seen.

I ve already tried the meshing by splitting but i faced this issue where near the defected area it is non-mappable. Is there a way to determine where to split the solid.
Not only would I partition the solids, but delete and only keep 1/4 of the model. You can then copy/mirror the elements.
Now more to the root of the issue, is mappable solids. And understanding first what they are.
You can refer to this portion of the help

And some basics from our training:

Thank you for the help. I will first try "partition the solids, but delete and only keep 1/4 of the model and then copy/rotate the elements" as you have mentioned.
