Modelling adhesive joints in a Ply based model

Altair EmployeeHi, I am new to composite analysis in Hyperworks. Could someone explain how to define adhesive joints in a ply based model?
The idea is to join two seperate components that are manufactured seperately using adhesive. For example joining the flages of an hat section to another surface.

What type of analysis are you planning?
If it is just a linear static analysis, you can model using Seam weld>> Adhesive
