Lack of proper remeshing options

Hello!

I'm trying to make some changes to automatic remeshing after topology changes. To do that I went to Preferences -> Meshing options. What appeared in the options panel looks just like in the picture below:



As you can see there is no row dedicated to topology revision. The interface should look like this:



I'd greatly appreciate a piece of advice on how to toggle that option back on. Thank you in advance!
