HW version 2017 - No license available - change frequency of checking

Hi, we have HW version2017 license server running on Linux.

We are having trouble when a user closes Hypermesh or Hyperview, the license not being freed up. Sometimes it can be for minutes, sometimes for hours.

My question is: is there a way to control the frequency in which the server checks if Hypermesh or Hyperview has been closed , so that we actually get to use the licenses we pay for?
