Optistruct - 3D Mesh/Solids

Hi Forum,

 

Currently I am working on a new part for a project. The part is made from steel and I use a 3D Trias/Tetra Mesh. Since this day, I have a new, more advanced design.

 

The problem: On importing the part, i see missing material, missing surfaces, which i can repair. There are also no free edges left. BUT, when I want to mesh, it is not possible to select the 3D Solids, I can only select Surfaces? Any other previous part has worked out...

 

Somebody had this problem?
