Silent installation

Hi,

I'm looking for silent installation and licence configuration.

We've got a network license and our clients are on Windows7.

I can install Inspire with those Command-Line Arguments^:

 Inspire_2016_5384_Win64.exe -i -silent

Is it possible to configure client licencing using command-line ? We are in a teaching context and users don't have administrative rights.
