how to calculate stiffness

i want to ask you how could i calculate the stiffness of a component ? also i want to calculate a gravity center of a component so i used the summary panel but i found this error.

You can use PARAM>>EXTOUT>>DMIGPCH to output stiffness matrix to an ascii file.
Looks like you did not provide density in material card or thickness in property. Please check and try again.
