How to obtain stiffness value of a plate

hi all 

As you can see in the picture below, there is a simple plate which is constrained from the left side and is applied force from right side?

I would like to get the stiffness value of the plate from Optistruct. 

I want to compare with the hand calculations. 

Is it possible to see one stiffness value for whole plate?
