Keyboard shortcuts

Hi, it there a way to customize the keyboard shortcuts?

For example, I'd like to have a key combo for adjacent element selection.

In HyperMesh, the Preferences, Keyboard Settings menu pulls up a panel that lets you assign functions or commands to any key combination you want.
