My component is removed in results file

Hi,

So I'm pretty new with this Hypermesh software and I'm having this issue with the model I'm analyzing. 

I'm looking at a Linear static analysis of a  car jack model, where I've applied a force to the top of the model, and then a fixed support to the bottom of the model (shown below). 

My issue is when I analyze the results, the component with the applied force gets removed from the results.

My thinking is that I'm doing something wrong with the connectors/contacts. Since it's likely the force is being applied and is "pushing" the component out of the system, rather than applying the force and then deforming the entire structure. I tried to use the connectors feature to fix this, but I still have the same problem. 

I've attached my model and output file, if anyone could potentially offer some guidance/help? I understand I'm probably making quite a few errors, but I'm still learning how to use this software.
