mesh generating outside the geometry

Hi all,

I have created a 3 D hollow cylinder with wavy outer surface and wavy inner surface swept helically. I have made the geometry fully mappable but when I am giving solid-meshing, elements are forming inside the hollow section of the cylinder also. when I am giving 2D auto meshing at one surface, the solid is becoming non-mappable.

Thanks for your reply sir.  Sir, I somehow managed to meshed  the geometry  partly by automesh and tetramesh . Now I am having a problem with importing the mesh to fluent. They are showing notification about collectors/components in hypermesh while i am trying to import the mesh. when I am importing the mesh by neglecting this notification many errors are coming in fluent setup and even the quality of my mesh is very low of something to the power -4

To rename a collector, click it on Model Browser, press F2

    BCs>Organize is pulldown menu BCs>Organize

If you are new with hypermesh, first read its help documentation for basic actions
