I have simple hexa weld between two Components (up and down). To use it in Nastran profile, instead of creating acm shell gap weld, I am creating RBE3 from each node of hexa to respective FEs. Please help me to create a macro for this.
I have simple hexa weld between two Components (up and down). To use it in Nastran profile, instead of creating acm shell gap weld, I am creating RBE3 from each node of hexa to respective FEs.
Please note that there are no. of hexas between different FEs in a given file. Please help me to create a macro for this.

I have over 35 welds
Only 15' for 35 welds:
-create nodes at center of hexas 5'
-delete hexas
-create connectors at the nodes 5'
-REALIZE and check 5'
If you make macro, it costs you a week!
Dont do everything by writing macro!

Why need macro when you can do that within 5' ?
