hiI got this gap.. while element checking..Is there any option in hypermesh to fill this gap b/w the element..

You will have to remesh the model or repair the areas you have highlighted, to not only fill the gap but also to maintain connectivity,
Currently you have elements as below, these regions where a larger element is connected to two smaller elements are without connectivity,
You will need to have a fully connected mesh as below
