Switch off transparency while geometry operations (HM9.0)

Can any one guide me on how to switch off the transperancy while performing defeature or quick edit (geometry) or even surface meshing...(auto mesh) in HM version 9 ? I am not comfortable with this option while performing these tasks as I am more used to previous versions of Hypermesh.

still uncomfortable in HM v13 - any solution?

You just have to change the visualisation mode from auto to by comp or any other mode you are comfortable with, see the image below
