Hypermesh GUI Fails/Drawbacks

Hello Developers,

 

I need to confirm an issue persisting in Hypermesh (All Versions). 

 

Issue : When I am changing user profiles multiple times with the help of GUI provided by Hypermesh. There arises a case when this GUI behaves unexpectedly.

             After changing User profile for more than 8-10 times. The GUI starts behaving unexpectedly. (Click Something , It Responds with something else)

             None of the Button in Menu bar is working rather they are affecting/changing Buttons Area/Frame Area in GUI.

 

Kindly, revert me with any information regarding this issue.

    Tell us:

    • Which version of your Hypermesh? Any updates / hotfixes?
    • About your OS? Updates?
    • Which 'profiles' you have issue? 'Nastran'? 'Ansys'? 
    • 'Click something, responds with some else' ==> Could you tell us more details? Screenshot?

    Dear @Q.Nguyen-Dai

    Here are the following details regarding the Hypermesh gui fails:
    1. HyperMesh Version : All Versions ie 12.0 , 13.0, 14.0, 2017
    2. OS : Windows7 (x64 bit)
    3. Profiles : I am testing with all the profiles but issue is not any single profile specific.
    4. 'Click Something, responds with something else' : After I have changed profile (Menubar -> Preferences -> UserProfiles ) multiple times. After 8-10 times changing profile, Menubar is not working properly. When I click any of the button/option in menubar , the Buttons area in HyperMesh panel (ie just below the Graphic Window), starts responding on menubar clicks and opening something that I don't wan't to.
    I am also sorry to inform that, it won't be possible to share snapshots using my company domain.

    I used Hypermesh since version 8.0 until now, under Windows 7, 10 and Linux but I NEVER have issue as you.

    Maybe related to your hardware?
