Hi. I'm doing a rigid pole impact analysis using RADIOSS solver.

But I have a problem.

When the structure consist of shell element collides with the pole, the deformation does not occur and the analysis is end.

How can I solve this problem?

Please help me...!

I attached the RAD file together.

    Hi KIM

Any thing putted in Rigid will be rigid and can't deformed.

You search the deformation of your cylinder or the Box?

    I propose

1- to use a cylindrecal Rigid wall to impact your Box. if you are not interested by the deformation of cylinder

2- limit your Rigib Body to the upper top and lower bottom then 2/3 of your cylinder can deformed.
