Please guide to procedure of Revolute Joint for Optistrut using Hypermesh.

Objective is to model a lever rotating inside a cylindrical surface.

    Hi lcjd

     

    Try this option in OptiStruct. 

    Go to 1D > Joints

    select the type of joint in your case its a revolute so select the same and select the nodes where you typically want to create the same, whenever you create a joint make sure a create a local co-ordinate system for that particular joint to be accounted for the same.
