how to combine hexa mesh
hello,
I have done hexa mesh for bolt.
i have found that threaded part and bolt head are not together how to combine they mesh instead of go to freeze contact.

You can model it as one component right.

You can try this
Extract face elements of the Bolt stem (Hexa mesh)
Then project those face elements in the direction of bolt axis to bolt head surface and mesh it.
