Invalid license for geometry

Whenever I try using Altair Inspire on a Altair One managed license, I do not have access to all features. When I try to open certain tabs (for example : geometry) I get a pop up saying "Invalid license for geometry". However, when I look at license usage in Altair License Utility, it says that there is 0 out of 2147483647 units used for the InspireGeometry feature. What do I have to do in order to use these credits and have access to these features when opening Inspire ?
