How to change the color of an element without moving it into new collector ?

Hi,

i have to diplay the hexa elements in a model in four different colors based on some conditions.

Is it possible to give temporary colors to elements so that at the end of macro their colors again to be reset.

and main thing is i have to give colors without moving them into newly created collectors of corresponding colors.

i am not able to give *colormark as it not supports for elems. any command for that ?

any one help me.

    Hi Sateesh,

    I am afraid to say that there are no methods to give the elements temporary color within the same collector since the elements displays the color of the component collector.

    However you can always display the elements based on their material or property collector by switching the 'element color mode' to material or property.
