Extracting mid-surface issue

Dear All,

 

I am trying to extract the mid surface for the hollow tube,but it is not extracting the mid surface as expected or by the profile.kindly give suggestions.

    which option you of mid surface you have tried?If above one is output of automid surface then go for surface pair option & check.

    I had over 1200 parts in my model .how it can be done through surface pair? . kindly let me know for some other option.

    Is that a plastic model with variable thickness?Auto midsurface option is the best option.If you can share same part i will try at my end in latest version.

     

    Note:For Complex part Hypermesh midsurface struggles to extract midsurface properly.

    hi,

    it seems to be not a complex part. try using option 'offset '. do not use sweep
