screw load on psecimen

good morning 

 I need an help. i'm simulating. The dynamic behavior of a specimen on random vibration with a t-shaped component at the free end. The T-shaped component is connected to the specimen thanks to a hole and three grub screw. the grub scruws push on the specimen that, similarly, pushed to the lower part of the T-shaped.

How could i model this contact. the only solution i know is to the define by SET_ELEMENT the contact between the surface, but i dont know if it is enough
