Script to remove free nodes from rigid spiders - Hypermesh

Dear All,
I am interesting in finding a .tcl-script to remove free nodes from rigid spider elements. The HM-model had initially rigid spiders defined on second order tetrahedral elements, which later was updated to first order elements. By updating each spider manually, to remove the free node created, will be very time consuming due to vast amount of rigid spiders used in the model.

What solver are you using?
Is it OptiStruct?
Not the solution that you're looking for, but for these cases you could use PARAM,RBE2FREE to ignore the errors.

The solve I am using is Abaqus Standard.
