How to split tetra to hexa mesh

First. I made 2d quad mesh on surface of solid ( two segment on every egde). After, I create tetra mesh base on 2d quad mesh. Some tetra was created inside solid. And next step, I used 'split hexa' option to change tetra to hexa. BUT elements segment of edge increase. ( like image)
How to unchange segment versus original?
I analysis linear static structure. But solid is same ' tetra shape' solid. Customer request all mesh in Hexa. Haizzz. I have no many experient with Hexa. Do you have Zalo or Facebook, If possible I can contact you by Vietnamese easier for hyperworks.
Thank you so much
Keep contact here if you want some help.
If it's possible I would like to have a look at your model HM where your customer requests 'all Hexa'?
Another point, Hexa mesh is in general a good meshing technique which gives you, in general, the good analysis results.
But this depends to the analysis goal and the Geometry. Mathematically, Hexa meshing is not always possible with any geometry. From point of view of FEA, don't fear TET meshing! A good TET mesh could give you better results than a 'bad' HEXA one. Splitting TET element to get HEX elements is not so good technique to have good HEXA elements.

Thank you your sharing. This time, my model is rather complex ( both weld solid, holes, curved surface and they combined together).
My Customer request only and only make all Hexa. I will confirm with them again surely.

I'll try this method.

Hmm, don't understand what you want: 'number elements on boundary surface' ?
When you split something, you increase the number, right?
