Why can't I download anything from the marketplace?

I am trying to download Monarch Complete Version 2022.0. Every time I click the download button it takes me to the download page but does not download Monarch. Can someone help me with this?

    Hi Landon.  I had an issue with this as well.  I had to right mouse click and choose open in a new tab to trigger the download.  

    Hope that works for you as well.
