    Hello Dilen,

    Greetings!!!

I believe you are talking about the connectivity between (sharing common nodes) between pink and yellow part? That is what you mean by concentric here, right?

In either case, you could mesh the pink part first using Auto-mesh option. After that, you could use the Auto-mesh option again for yellow part as well.

If you are using HM-17, the connectivity should be maintained. Nevertheless,  you need to check the connectivity using Edges option .

If you have connectivity issue, use Replace option to connect the nodes, Project to line option to align the nodes back to boundary.

Above steps are general steps, which are applicable to most of the cases.

    Thanks & Warm Regards,

    Akshay S Patil

Hello, thanks for the replies but I meant layers of elements that following the boundary of the surfaces (see picture drrawn badly in paint). I want to do that for both pink and yellow

    Hello,

Can you please try this by Automesh it will recognize the surface. Then if you are not satisfied with the mesh you can always use the various element edit tools available in HM.

If not possible please share the model i will look into it.

    Thankyou

My method is very simple: split, split & split to better control the mesh.

Did you use washer split to get the pink mesh?

Did you use washer split to get the pink mesh?

No. I used method 'split by line' and I build the lines myself :-)
