I believe CEINTF is a command in Ansys to create CERIG, CE rigid elements with weights based on shape functions of selected elements. Nodes on one side and elements on the other side are selected to use this command. There is no direct way to do this. One can use equations panel to create CE but is very manual. Usually CEINTF command is used to generate connections between two meshes which could create 100s and 1000s of CEs.
I was told that this request is high on the priority list for future version of Ansys interface in HyperMesh.
