100% Complete But Not Complete?

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and might know what the issue is.  I have the trial version of Inspire and have not yet been able to complete an optimization.  I have been able to run Analysis just fine, but the optimization keeps freezing at 100%.  Any suggestions?
