hexahedral mesh for aneurysm

Hi all,
Can I achieve high quality structured (mapped) hexahedral mesh for a constant wall thickness of an aneurysm as shown in the image,
P.S: the mesh in the attached picture was created by Abaqus using 7 partition planes.

Hi @Paul Sharp,
I tried the solid map and watched some youtube videos but couldn't mesh my geometry yet.
my model is image-based segmentation so I can import it as STL file then create a surface from the geometry icon (pink surface in the attached figure)
I meshed the top edge using 2D elements in order to create a hexahedral mesh.
I used general solid map with the following selections but I got an error "Failed to auto pick along geometry"
Is there a way to fix this and get a nice mapped mesh for the aneurysm, I would like to note that the diameter is not constant and varies with the height.

You should be able to achieve that in solid map mesh (partitioning your geometry could help here too to get more control over the size and biasing of the finished mesh)
