Regarding excercise 6 of HyperMesh 2017 Intermediate Examination

Dear sir,

                I'm stuck at final exercise of HyperMesh 2017 Intermediate Examination. I have failed two attempts.

my values for the  von mises stress are 3.812E02 

                                       maxShear          2.222E02

                                        Displacement  3.076E0

please help me if there are any mistakes in my answers, even after trying the analysis multiple times I end up with the same answers. As I am left with only one option, can you let me know what will happen if I fail 3 attempts, will I be banned from Exam?
