Let say I have some nodes selected, as by selecting them 'by ID'. The nodes get highlighted bright orange like Christmas tree. But some operation causes these highlights to disappear. The nodes are still quite selected with the number count that shows but the highlight is gone. Poof. I recall one operation (of the many that also do it) like COPY NODE (ids) function in More… (right mouseclick on the background) that when executed, copies the selected node IDs, and immediately loses the highlight. BUT THE KICKER IS THAT THEY ARE STILL SELECTED. What TCL or GUI click brings back that back? I want it back, darn it!

If you are talking about losing highlighting while selected, can you please give a screen grab of the tool you see this issue?
