[GUI] Set a Dialog Box (windows) Positioned and Sized for 50 Years at least
Pictures tell a thousand words but…
For posterity of other newbs like me. Verbally and Searchably…
How do you keep all sub-windows (panels, dialog boxes…) positioned and sized the way I want it by either keeping the last size and position -or- pushing some kind of a button to say… "keep it the way it is, _________"
and… I want that panel back on the tabs in the window shared with TCL console.
Can some ninjas shed some light?

Hello Mitchell,
1 > The size of the ID Manager context is based on the attributes that are populated, as shown below,
2 > If you drag and drop the panels onto the TCL console, they should reorganize into separate tabs such as TCL, Panels, etc. Please note that panels have been deprecated starting with HM2023.

Thank you much for the answers!
Removing categories from the ID Manager DID reduce the size, but it takes liberties in still padding the window width unnecessarily.
DRAGGING THE PANEL over into the same TAB area to be shared with TCL console, always worked. THE MAIN POINT is that it doesn't stay there… when you relaunch Hypermesh… blip… back over to the right as a detached window. AT ONE POINT, the Panel and TCL did occupy the same tabular pane. I like that cuz It's mad confusing when you activate a function where it should pop up in the panel and it doesn't cuz it's imperceptible in a window way~~~> over to the right. Not too smart. If I took the trouble to drag you back over here every time,,, It's like 'Stayyyyy there ~'
Anyway… the ID Manager was the most annoying of the two and that got somewhat resolved so… ^^
Thanks Shreesha~
Goes Back to the unnecessary large size as shown below (although it is much narrower now than the super-wide size of before, due to filtering out of a lot of category columns. Still dumb… but better. Dumb and Dumber you know…😄
