Hi Everyone,

An error was encountered.

The version used is MotionView/MotionSolve 2022.2

When checking the Model, the following error will pop up:

The error was found at:

No modification is required.

After selecting Evaluated, the error disappears temporarily.

After saving the model, reopen the model and the same error will occur again.

How can I eliminate this error?

Best regards,
Ted

    Hello @TedTsai,

are you facing this issue also when creating a new model using the assembly wizard? After you evaluate the expression are you able to run the simulation? As a first step I would suggest to perform a HWCleanup. Go to the installation directory and under hwdesktop β†’ utility β†’ HWCleanup run the HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat . This will discard all the preferences so you may need to load again Vehicle Library before working on your model.

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,
    Orestes

    Hi @Orestis_YB

I found the same error in Data Summary.

As long as I check Evaluated,
    New errors will occur.
    And it cannot be reversed.

I deleted the abnormal part in the mdl file.
    The error disappeared.

I guess clicking data summary seems to change the mdl, but I don't know the logic behind it.

    Ted

    Hello @TedTsai,

have you tried with a new model from assembly wizard? Do you see the same behavior there? If not then some of the modifications that you've made maybe created this abnormal behavior. If yes, can you try the HWCleanup? I tried myself with version 2022 and I don't see such a behavior in assembly wizard model. If the error persists I would suggest to create a support ticket to connect immediately with a specialist. I would also suggest to migrate to latest release where potential defects are resolved and new tools are added to make Vehicle Library more efficient and robust.

    Best regards,
    Orestes
