MotionView Contact

Dear all,

I was trying to learn about the contact in motion view where I encountered a problem. Where the basic analysis itself was outputing with penetration for whatever type of contact used.

But once the joint for the flat plate was changed from fixed to translational the contact was working fine. But I would like to what was the reason behind and if suppose there is another member which is fixed after the plate how to avoid the penetration
