Abaqus Inp file import issue

I am getting the warning that referenced materials are not found. is there a way that i can change the format of the inp file to read the materials?

    On top of INP file I see: 

     **ABAQUS inputfile generated by writeAbaqusInput.m  **This file was created on 04-Sep-2020 11:11:04

    So this INP was created by a Matlab program?

       into an input file which can be imported into ABAQUS

     

     

    I used Matlab to convert the material mapped mesh file from MITK-GEM (image anlaysis application) to the inp file.
