Volumetric mesh between two 2d meshes

I would like to create a simple 3d tetra mesh of a rectangular box with a spherical cavity inside. I created STL files representing the layout and imported the STL into HyperMesh. I then shrinkwrapped the box and shrinkwrapped the spherical cavity (to simplify the 2d meshes). I then separated the shrinkwrapped box and the shrinkwrapped sphere into different components.

Now, I would like to create a volumetric mesh to fill the space between the inner surface of the box and the outer surface of the sphere, only (in other words, the space inside the sphere would be empty).

I have attached the model.

I greatly appreciate any help.
