HW 2022 not opening HW 2021
Hi, I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and HW 2022.
When I try and open older HW files the open button greys out, or when trying to import the .FEM file. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Adriano - I just resolved it. Win 11 was blocking some permissions, it resolved itself once I released these. Thank you for checking in. I am running HW 2022 on Win 11 on a new dual CPU. Testing a 7 hours model to see if the better hardware can reduce run time.
Do you know if PBS can run on the same machine as HW as I am not sure if the direct run in HW is making use of all the CPU threads. I added the -np 2 command to utilise both CPUs and allowed 128 Gb Ram.
this looks strange..do you have a video showing this?
In HyperWorks, you can also try just drag and drop your file into the graphic area to load a model.
Can you also perform the checksum verification into your installation file, and compare it with the expected value, to make sure the installation exe was not corrupted during donwload?
