Stiffness of Assembly Geometry

Can you please explain a bit more what parameters you are trying to determine?

By definition, "Stiffness refers to the amount of deformations under the applied load. " 

So you could calculate this by applying a load to your model and measuring the displacement.

And what type of structure do you have?
