Centrifugal force - RFORCE

Hi all,

I'm new with hypermesh and I have some difficulties with the use of RFORCE in order to apply centrifugal force.

My system is really simple: it's just a disk with a center hole that spinning around its axe. To apply the centrigal force, i used RFORCE card image but I'm not sure how to fill the gaps. I know that i have to fill [A] with my angular celerity and [RACC] with angular acceleration (is it alright?), but what units uses HM ? Is it rpm, rad/s or something else?
