contact between assembled model

hi sir ,

i have some doubt  how to give contact between assembled model , which one is best to give surface to surface contact or node to node contact and penetration coefficient .

    Hi Chandra Sekhar,

     

    It completely depends on your model.

     

    If an area coming in contact with an area use surface to surface contact, if a point (say a bullet) coming in contact with a surface use node to surface contact.
