I did some post-processing by analyzing my model. When I create 2D or 3D curves and when I want to take screenshots of them in "preview in file", everything sales except the text of the axis, which becomes very small. Is there a way to adjust the size? Attached is an example.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the size of the text in the curve. But you have the possibility to change the size of the curve (see attached picture).
