Lattice optimization - Exporting (save as)

Hello, is there any way to save my lattice optimization as Parasolid or Step?

    Hi,

    You can export the model as a .step file by changing the file type while saving it.

    Hello 

    I would like to ask I run lattice optimization on my part but when i tried to import it into Ansys for example It shows me the part without the lattice

    How can i do it
