Freenodes and Improper set names

Hi all,

I performed modelchecker operation.

In this how hypermesh giving those freenodes as error after performing Shift+f2-> clear all.

In wat case it showing those error. How to delete it.

Secondly Improper set names how it showing.

zone_exhst_pipe2_e

zone_exhst_pipe2_n

the above two names are the improper setnames.

Hi,

Try enter panel analysis>preserved nodes>clear all preserved nodes

about set names, I am not sure but try renaming the sets with less than 8 characters

or remove '_' from the names

Free nodes erased.

But set names still not.

I think its not length because I have bigger setnames than that in same model.

Because of the space in the set name.

There is no space!

Thanks for the update.

As a general remark, nodes which are not connected to a valid Ansys element are flagged in the check for free nodes, which needs to be deleted.

For improper set names, those entity set whose name is longer than 32 characters or contains special characters other than underscore and doesn't start with an alphabet is flagged.
